About Me

Mucho Gusto, I’m Sai Rajesh—a UX Designer with a Mission

I’m a Maryland-based UX designer and researcher passionate about designing digital experiences that solve real problems. My journey began at Wipro, designing healthcare solutions, followed by work at HCL Tech where I led financial dashboard redesigns that boosted user efficiency and product adoption.

I hold a Master’s in Information Systems from UMBC with a focus on human-centric and advanced interaction design. My academic work includes UX case studies like the EMR Health App and the Yale School of Art redesign. Now at IBM, I lead UX efforts for secure access portals—driving accessibility compliance and collaborating on scalable design systems.

When I’m not designing, I’m sketching, testing new tools, or catching up on podcasts. I’m also learning Spanish on Duolingo—aiming to go beyond "Hola" soon! I'm always seeking meaningful challenges where design can make a real difference.
